You may also utilize DentaQuest’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that provides up-to-date information regarding member eligibility, claim status, and much more.  Benefits associated with this program and more detailed information regarding DentaQuest can be found in their Office Reference Manual.
