Caring for our Phoenix community

The City of Phoenix has given us funds through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for behavioral health services. It means we can help more people — even if you’re not a Mercy Care member.

Community wellness starts here

The pandemic has affected us all differently. If you're having trouble, know that you're not alone. We've partnered with the City of Phoenix to offer behavioral health services at no cost to you.

What’s covered and who benefits

Those who can take part are uninsured or underinsured people who live in the City of Phoenix. Covered services include:

  • Mental health screening
  • Counseling and therapy
  • Substance use treatment
  • Case management

Referrals and treatment

You don’t need a referral to get treatment. To start services, go to the site closest to you, confirm you live in Phoenix and get a screening.
