Caring for our community

Community wellness starts here

The pandemic has impacted us all differently. If you're having trouble, help is available. You're not alone. The City of Phoenix and Mercy Care are working to provide behavioral health services at no cost to Phoenix residents who are uninsured or underinsured.

City of Phoenix residents who are uninsured or underinsured can get behavioral health services like:

  • Mental health screening
  • Counseling and therapy
  • Substance use treatment
  • Case management

These services are available to all City of Phoenix residents. To get services just go to the locations closest to you, confirm you are a City of Phoenix resident and get a screening to start services. You can call Member Services at 866-642-1582 (TTY 711); 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for more information. We're here to help.
