Caring for our community

Community wellness starts here
The pandemic has impacted us all differently. If you're having trouble, help is available. You're not alone. The City of Phoenix and Mercy Care are working to provide behavioral health services at no cost to Phoenix residents who are uninsured or have health insurance that doesn’t cover the behavioral health services they need.
Behavioral health services include:
- Mental health screening
- Counseling and therapy
- Substance use treatment
- Case management
Services are available for adults and children that live in the City of Phoenix. To get services, check out our providers in the table below and just go to the location closest to you. They will confirm you are a City of Phoenix resident and help you complete a screening to start services.
You can call Member Services at 866-642-1582 (TTY 711); 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for more information. We're here to help.
