Updates and renewals
Choose your plan for steps to get help updating your contact info or renewing coverage.
Check your mailbox for a letter from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) about renewal of coverage.
Respond to requests from AHCCCS for more info so they can see if you’re eligible.
Did you lose coverage because you didn't complete your renewal? If yes, you have 90 days after your end date to respond. If you still qualify, AHCCCS will renew your coverage. You don’t need to do a new application. Log in to Health-e-Arizona Plus to upload files or check your renewal status.
