What’s covered and who benefits
Those who can take part are uninsured or underinsured people who live in the City of Phoenix. Covered services include:
- Mental health screening
- Counseling and therapy
- Substance use treatment
- Case management
Referrals and treatment
You don’t need a referral to get treatment. To start services, go to the site closest to you, confirm you live in Phoenix and get a screening.

*Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) can help anyone get care regardless of their ability to pay.
