The Mercy Care Center of Excellence (COE) is a designation we award providers. These are providers who offer exceptional care.

Recognition for excellence

Mercy Care highlights providers who offer exceptional care to our members. These providers:

  • Follow clinical criteria from nationally recognized organizations. These are rules or standards providers use to guide their diagnosis and treatment of health conditions.
  • Use evidence-based practices. These practices use research and studies to support the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions.
  • Take part in evaluation throughout the year. 
  • Show positive results and member satisfaction.
