Substance Use Disorder Services Fund (SUDS)

Substance Use Disorder Services Fund (SUDS) are funds the state government gives to organizations for providing services. The SUDS fund is for substance use disorders (SUDs). It means we can help more people — even if you’re not a Mercy Care member.

What’s covered and who benefits

We can spend the SUDS funds or “pass them through” to providers that help people in the community who need treatment and/or recovery services for Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Providers can also help you get connected to services.

Those who can take part are uninsured and underinsured people with a SUD, that aren't eligible for Title 19/21.

Providers

People can contact providers directly. You don’t need a referral to get help.
