Don’t lose your benefits

Choose your plan for steps to get help updating your contact info or renewing coverage.

If you're a Mercy Care Complete Care or ACC-RBHA member

  1. Make sure your mailing address, phone and email is correct in Health-e-Arizona Plus. Or call Health-e-Arizona Plus at 1-855-HEA-PLUS (1-855-432-7587), Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  2. Check your mailbox for a letter from Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) about renewal of coverage.

  3. Respond to any requests from AHCCCS for more information so the agency can determine eligibility.

  4. Did you lose coverage because you didn't complete your renewal? If yes, you have 90 days after your end date to respond. If you still qualify, AHCCCS will renew your coverage. You DON’T need to submit a new application. Log in to Health-e-Arizona Plus to upload files or check your renewal status.

If you're a Mercy Care Long Term Care (LTC) member

  1. Call Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) 1-888-621-6880 to update your contact information or to get help with renewals.

If you're a Mercy Care Developmental Disabilities member

  1. Call the Division of Developmental Disabilities at 1-844-770-9500, if you have questions about your eligibility.

If you're a Mercy Care Advantage (HMO SNP) member

  1.  Need to update your contact info or renew the Medicaid part of your coverage? Find your Medicaid plan above. Then, follow the directions under that plan.

No longer qualify for health benefits?

You still have some good options if you don’t qualify for benefits. With the Health Insurance Marketplace®, you can enroll if you’ve had a life event, like losing your coverage. Learn about your options at HealthCare.gov or call 2-1-1.

No-cost treatment through state and federal grants

You may still qualify to get treatment for mental health or substance use. Certain state and federal grants cover treatment. To learn more, call us at 602-586-1841 or 1-800-564-5465 (TTY 711). We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
